Team training
We train your team to work in the system
We show your scenarios rather than abstract features: how to take a request, run a deal and close the month. Short instructions stay with you afterwards.
What's included
Training on your processes
We work through your team's real scenarios, not generic examples from documentation.
Separate for managers and leads
Salespeople get the daily work; heads of sales get control, reports and permissions.
Short instructions
We leave guides for your scenarios so a new hire can be onboarded without us.
Follow-up answers
A couple of weeks later we answer the questions that only appear in real work.
How we work
- 1
Agree the programme
We decide who is trained and on what, based on the roles in your team.
- 2
Run the session
We work through the system on your own data and answer questions as they come.
- 3
Hand over materials
We send the instructions and the session recording.
- 4
Come back to check
We look at what did not stick and explain it again.
Frequently asked questions
How many people can you train?
Usually a whole department. For larger teams we split it into groups by role.
Is training online or in person?
Online: it is easier to gather everyone and the recording stays available.
Do we need training if the system is simple?
Not always. But an hour with the team is usually what makes the system stick instead of becoming "one more program".
Tell us about your task
Describe what needs doing and we will reply with an estimate and a timeline — usually within one working day.
