Why we do this
Most CRMs are built so that buying one starts a second project: months of configuration, a contractor, training and the eternal "we don't really use that part". For companies under a hundred people that never pays off.
vionvi is put together differently: it works right after sign-up, and modules switch on as you need them. Conversations, deals, tasks and money share one database — so you see not just revenue, but profit per deal.
We develop the product ourselves — the platform, the mobile apps and the integrations. That means a change you need does not depend on somebody else's roadmap.
How we work
A product, not a project
The system should pay off in the first week, not after a quarter of rollout. Anything that can be configured with a mouse is configured with a mouse.
The data belongs to the company
Conversations, calls and contacts stay with the business instead of on personal phones. Access is limited by roles.
Honest limitations
When something is missing, we say so. There is no warehouse module, we do not replace accounting, and real estate currently works in Russia only.
Developers answer you
Support is run by the same people who build the product. There is no chain of three departments between a question and a fix.
