API integrations

We connect your systems so data is entered once

An order from the site goes to the warehouse, a payment into accounting, a status to the customer’s messenger. We write API integrations where no connector exists or the existing one does not do what you need.

What's included

  • Any system with an API

Accounting, warehouses, marketplaces, banks, telephony, your own software. No API? We work with scheduled exports and email.

  • Your logic, not just copying

More than moving fields: rules, checks, calculations and branching by your own procedures.

  • Reliable under load

Queues, retries on failure, an operations log. If the other side goes down, data waits instead of getting lost.

  • Transparency

You can see what was transferred and when, and what failed and why — without calling a developer.

What we work with

  • REST
  • Webhooks
  • Laravel
  • Go
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
  • MSSQL
  • Redis
  • Elasticsearch

How we work

  1. 1

    We map the flows

Which data, from where, to where and on what event. We find where double entry and manual reconciliation happen today.

  2. 2

    We design the exchange

Format, frequency, the master source for each field, what happens on conflict.

  3. 3

We build and test on a copy

The exchange runs on test data until it matches to the last cent.

  4. 4

    We launch with monitoring

Switch on in production, watch the first days, set up failure alerts.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from Albato or Zapier?

Builders are fine for simple “event → action” links. Once you need calculations, complex conditions, high volumes or a non-standard API, a builder hits its ceiling and the exchange gets written in code.

What if one of the systems has no API?

We look at what exists: scheduled exports, files, email, the database directly. A way is almost always found; the question is reliability, and we are honest about it.

Who supports it after launch?

We do, if you want: we watch the exchange and react to API changes on the other side. Or we hand over code and documentation to your team.
